Many industries struggle with different project failures including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations projects which has high failure rates too. Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) is an extensively utilized to analyze modes in risk assessment various industry ERP implementation projects. Nevertheless, the traditional FMEA system, ignoring Interdependencies among as well relative importance of and non-injective non-subjective nature conventional RPN functions leads challenges analysing assessing risk. This may mislead addressing prioritization Risk. Therefore, efficient framework proposed using Fine Tuned Trapezoidal Fuzzy-based Technique for Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution (FTTF-TOPSIS). The developed focuses avoid data complications while preparing or collecting a hierarchical matrix management preparation. Uncertain risk, cost, dependency are considered additional parameters regarded work calculate RPN. Mathematical models such conservative method together Square Root Kragten Method (SRKM) used find along uncertain risks. Thereafter, highly reasonable credible outcome rank FTTF-TOPSIS employed. Finally, demonstrate method’s efficiency benefits, comparation made other models.
